1. PPR form is always required. Emergency situations are excluded.
2. Persons use the Airstrip entirely at their own risk and Victoria Helicopters Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever (whether arising from negligence or otherwise) in respect of death, injury or damage to person or property suffered by persons using the Airstrip and/or emergency resources provided (such as fire extinguishers), and;
3. Acceptance of requests to use the Airstrip is not to be taken as an indication that the Airstrip is in a safe or serviceable condition.
